The responsibility to comply with applicable laws rest solely on the customer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Haz-Mat expects that the customer will indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Haz-Mat and its owners, agents, distributors and employees from and against any claim, lawsuit or liability. By purchasing The Haz-Mat, the customer hereby releases The Haz-Mat from any action, claim or demand that the customer may have now or hereafter against The Haz-Mat.
- REFUND POLICY: IF FOR SOME REASON YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED MAT ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS, WE WILL REFUND THE ORDER AMOUNT -LESS FREIGHT FEE AND LESS -30% RE-STOCKING FEE WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN OUR WAREHOUSE. RETURN SHIPPING WOULD BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
